Econo Bolt:
It is a high security bolt which is designed for effectiveness of costs and for single usage. It features lock body made of steel which securely locks snaps to cold headed, rugged steel bolt. This seal is used for rail, truck or trailer doors or ISO containers. Locking body gives acceptance to 9.5mm diameter bolt. It is made of steel. There is a zinc plate finish to resist corrosion. Bolt cutters will remove it. Tensile strength is 4100 lbs. Cold stamped is standard marking. Track identification is by availability of marking with 2 lines of up to 6 digits and 3 characters. Packaging is 200 seal per box. Part Number is BECONOBOLT.
Intermodal II Bolt Seal:
It is a high security bolt seal that consists of plastic coated chamber of steel locking and steel bolt. These container seals have been designed for high valued shipments of cargo and ISO containers. There are locking inserting spins free to confirmation of seal integrity. It is removed by bolt cutters. There is high plastic impact cover on chambers of locking that indicates clearly tampering. There is encasing and locking of metal in consecutive numbered body that is colored. Bolt is 9.5mm in diameter and 89mm long. “H” is there on body base bottom which indicates “High Security”.
Trailer and truck doors, intermodal containers and box car doors are some of its applications. It is made up of carbon steel together with finishing of zinc chromate. There is ABS plastic body on case of locking. Pull-apart force averaged is 4713lbs. Stock seals are with “SEALED” lasered and have locking cases white in color. There are 250 seals per carton. Characters are 6.35mm high. Laser barcode and heat stamping is done. C denotes selection of color.
